Four Tips to stop struggling with self doubt and start creating success!

Have you ever thought about this?
Success is a state of mind… not a condition.

What you may consider to be successful might be completely different for someone else. Success in and of itself is unique to everyone.

So why do we struggle with finding our own successes?

Two words… self doubt!

How often have we come up with an amazing idea? We’re so excited, everything is great… then boom! Doubt sets in.

We start questioning ourselves, becoming skeptical… it will cost too much. It won’t work. Why did we think we could do this? And as the doubt rolls in so does the dissatisfaction

We’re taught that from an early age, not to look for the joy, the potential, or the excitement, but rather look for the problems.

As a result, we become great problem solvers – but that doesn’t mean we have to own it!

You see, when we buy into the doubt, we create an internal tug-of-war that holds us back from reaching our targets in creating our vision.

Before we know it, we’re stacking problems onto more problems. We buy into this “reality”, creating a mountain of gloom and doom.

So how do we shift out of that cycle?

Our inner being isn’t the problem. It’s never dissatisfied. But our external being is an entirely different animal! That’s where the doubt and dissatisfaction is created.

And let me tell ya if we’re looking for a problem – we’re gonna find it!

The key is aligning our external selves with our inner self. That means believing in and acting on creating towards our vision of what is truly possible.

That, my friend, is what manifestation is. And when we desire and believe in something – that’s that juicy sweet spot we’re looking for.

But when doubt creeps in – we’re plunged into that place of dissatisfaction. So how long does it take to start creating what we truly want?

As long as it takes for us to stop doubting what we’re believing – that’s when we’ll start creating with the success that we’re asking for.

We’ve been conditioned to focus on “What is”. What is being told to us or that we believe is or is NOT possible.

We need to put our focus on the vibration and energy of what IS possible.

If we give our attention to what we desire, fueled by positive thoughts and actions, we’ll propel our creative energy into all that’s possible with what we’re asking to attract.

That’s the law of attraction, the law of allowance. The momentum and clarity of the words, thoughts and energy we’re using to create that joy and the success we desire for ourselves.

Self doubt works in the same way. Focusing on our fears of making mistakes, negative thoughts and energy, we’ll actually attract more of that.

Fortunately, we have a choice – and the power.

By implementing these useful tips, we can shift from self-doubt to self assurance.

1. Practicing is essential.
To be in that sweet spot, allowing the magic of the Universe to be with us. Practice aligning ourselves with well-being and self-compassion. Waking up in the morning and saying, “Ah, today’s a beautiful day!” It’s tapping in and tuning in to all that’s possible.

2. Reflecting on our self achievements.
Aka, self-reflection – is another fantastic tool! It’s a beautiful reminder of all that we’re capable of what we’re asking to achieve. It’s about focusing… not dwelling. It’s about learning… not dwelling. It’s about appreciation… not dwelling.

It’s about gratitude for ourselves and all that we are… and not dwelling.

3. Not comparing ourselves to others.
Appreciate ourselves and our individuality. Embracing what makes us deliciously unique – and not comparing ourselves to others is essential to our own, extremely personal successes.

4. Spending time with those who support us.
Being with those who have our back and are there to help us rise up – not bring us down. A supportive community is one of the things that people love about the Congruent Living Academy. People who share mentoring and accountability skills, embracing and helping their fellow members live their best life, in creating the transformations they’ve been asking for.

Living a congruent life is about living in harmony and joy of who you truly be and what you came here to be and do. It’s about acknowledging what you’re asking for, asking to tap in and tune into those emotions of what that will create for you and with you.

When you’re playing with those emotions, you’re aligning with your future.

Success is about you feeling joy, happy, fulfilled.
