Are You Stuck In A Push-Me-Pull-You Transformation?

Are You Stuck In A Push-Me-Pull-You Transformation?

Mon. 7 Sep 2020  |  Ask Susan  |  Nurturing You

Welcome to September, a very transformational Month at Congruent Living.
Time to do a bit of house cleaning.
Time to take an aerial look at what and how we’re creating.

I’ve been aware of the energies of clarity tugging in my world and each day the message is stronger:
Clean up what, why, and how you’re creating and the transformation you are being will be clear to you, impacting everything you be and do.

Change is in the air.
In working with clients, at Congruent Living Coaching, the biggest transformation each one is demanding right now is the one within themselves.

And they’re going for it, one step at a time. I couldn’t be prouder of the work they’re doing. They inspire me every day to be true to what I came here to be and do.
That’s my demand for a transformational September.
No more stories about what can’t be done, what isn’t getting done, what isn’t working.
No more false priorities.
Only clarity, growth and joy in everything I be and do.
That’s what Congruent Living is for me.

No matter what it looks like.
No matter what it takes.

What about you?
Is there a story you’ve bought, that’s keeping you from the transformations you’ve been asking for?

Do any of these ring true for you?

* A belief you’ll be perceived as an imposter;
* Fear that showing up in your full potency will disrupt others;
* A hard time believing in yourself;
* Continually distracted by deeply rooted priorities;
* Caught up in a cycle of indecision or what I like to call “The Push-me-Pull you” of transformation.

You think you’re getting somewhere when in fact, you’re actually going nowhere.

Note to the reader: A Push-me-pull-you is a mythical animal created by Hugh Lofting in his children’s stories. It is something like a horse or a unicorn, but it has two heads, one on either end of its body (thus, no tail). Obviously, it has difficulty in making up its two minds, and must by its nature, be very indecisive.

So what’s really going on here?
What if every thought you’ve bought as more powerful than you is simply a story that you’ve told yourself so many times that it’s becoming real and true?

Watch this related Ask Susan episode that examines is now the time to transform who you think you are into who you truly be?  We discuss this and more in this episode of Ask Susan where we uncover the Push-me-Pull-you that’s been blocking you and what you’ve been asking to transform.
