Are you tuned into you?

Over the course of this past month I’ve been encouraging you to take a moment and ask this question:

What do I truly want out of a relationship with myself?

Is it more creativity, adventure, joy, laughter, activity or connection?

What does it look like to have the energies of what you can easily relate to present in your life?

Time to go a little deeper.

If you desire more creativity, what could that look like for you?

Creative writing, painting, dancing in the kitchen, new ways of discovering your sexualness or perhaps uncovering a totally new form of expression that you feel curious about.

Maybe you’re craving more adventure.

Adventure is all about going out of your comfort zone to open yourself up to the experiences and beauty that life gives you, no matter what path you choose to go on.

Adventure is all about taking each experience, regardless if you know the outcome or not and facing it head-on.

Could that be hiking new terrains, exploring new taste sensations or discovering new countries?

You want to get clear on what the action is that you can take to bring these energies into your life.

Connect Energetically

Then ask yourself, “Am I showing up present and energetically with what I am choosing?”

Because who we are and how we choose to show up is basically how we connect energetically.

How?

1. Start by trusting in yourself

Listen to your heart and take action based on your heart’s desires.

Often we let go of our hearts desires to please other people, or unintentionally to find acceptance and love.

Instead, come into the practice of checking in with yourself.

Speak to what you feel, to what you know.

The more you honor yourself and your heart’s desires, the easier it becomes to hear what you really want and need.

2. Tap into your knowing

Now that you’ve taken the time to create clarity in what you want and desire, you’ve begun the practice of knowing what turns you on and lifts you up.

The journey of knowing yourself is really the journey of living in the question.

Be willing to ask yourself questions to create clarity.

Be willing to be curious and lean into new spaces within yourself.

3. Never give in, never give up

Are you willing to choose to maintain what brings you joy?

Are you willing to be curious about what could cultivate more joy in your life?

To thine own self be true.

This is that moment of truth for you!

You’re worth it.

Here’s to living a life you love that loves you back,

P.S. I’d love to hear more from you. Simply email me and let me know what’s been popping for you. And if you have a question or two for me, throw that in too.

I promise I’ll respond.
