Have you ever thought about how you learn?

Please take a moment. Breathe deeply, look over your life. Tap into you as the energetic source of all that you create.
* What are the different ways in which you learn?
* Which of these has been your primary teacher?
* Which one plays to your strengths?
* Which could you invite more fully into your life?
* What could that create?

Being honest with yourself is what congruent transformation is all about:
* Living in harmony with what you are asking to grow with;
* Co-creating with how you learn;
* Being willing to be a living petri dish, percolating with the energies of inquiry and experiment.

Watch this related Ask Susan episode that examines does how you learn affect who you be?  We discuss this and more in this episode of Ask Susan where we talk about how when we’re taught at a very young age to show somebody we’ve learned something, how much of that is to please them and you tend to divert what you truly learn to the way that they want to believe is beneficial for you.
