What Does Commitment Mean To You?

What Does Commitment Mean To You?

Mon. 5 Oct 2020  |  Ask Susan  |  Nurturing You

Welcome to October!

A new month, a new season, a new space of awareness.

At the start of every month, I create a calendar for Congruent Living filled with your asks, comments, and what you would like me to cover.

What popped up for this month was Commitment.

Love that.

Commitment is actually one of the demands I require of myself and my clients.
Commitment + Congruent Living= Success

For me, congruent living and commitment go hand in hand.

Living in congruent vibrational alignment with what I desire for myself and the planet requires a commitment to:

  • check-in daily;
  • be out of judgment;
  • be curious;
  • live in the question;
  • be the leader I am looking for.

My Commitment to Congruent Living and Congruent Living Coaching keeps me honest with myself, my clients, who I am being, and what I came here to be, on this planet, now.

One of the first questions I ask potential clients is:

On a scale of 1 – 10, how committed are you to creating a future that vibrates to what you are asking to create now and in the future??

If they answer 10, I know they are seekers, committed to their own self-development and discovery, no matter what it looks like, no matter what it takes.

If they respond with a 6 or 7 that lets me know there is a different path we need to take, one that has them exploring what or who are they committed to.

What are the benefits of committing to congruent living?

They can vary from leading a more fulfilling life, developing rewarding relationships, or creating a joy-filled environment to work with.

So –
What are you committing to for the Month of October?

  • joy?
  • challenge?
  • ease?
  • knowing?
  • playfulness?
  • letting go?
  • self-discovery?

I’d love to hear from you.

Watch this related Ask Susan episode that examines what does commitment mean to you and being present with yourself with this question.  We discuss this and more in this episode of Ask Susan where we talk about how as soon as you get a sense of what commitment is for you, getting a sense of the energy that that creates in your world and if it creates greater or less.
